Each client’s setup and pricing are custom and defined within their Service Agreement.

Jack Ryan A.I. LLC is not obligated to issue refunds under any circumstances, including unused services or early termination.
Due to the custom and software-based nature of our work, all payments made to Jack Ryan A.I. LLC are final and non-refundable. Each client engagement includes proprietary configuration, software licensing, and third-party system setup that cannot be reversed once started.
You retain ownership of your customer data, leads, contacts, and other business information provided to Jack Ryan A.I. LLC.
By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to use your data for:
Delivering, improving, and supporting the Services
Ensuring compliance and system functionality
Internal analytics and performance tracking
We will never sell client data.

We provide tools and disclaimers to promote compliance, but ultimate legal responsibility lies with the user.
Our platform integrates with third-party providers such as Twilio, GoHighLevel, Zapier, SimpleTalk, and others.
We are not responsible for:
Outages or downtime caused by third-party systems
Fees, usage limits, or message costs incurred through integrations
Policy changes or account actions taken by third-party vendors
Use of these integrations constitutes acceptance of their respective Terms of Service.
All intellectual property associated with our Services—including software code, systems, training data, AI prompts, scripts, designs, and branding—remains the exclusive property of Jack Ryan A.I. LLC unless explicitly transferred in writing.
Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for their internal business purposes only.
Both parties agree to protect all non-public, confidential information obtained in the course of doing business.
Neither party may disclose such information without prior written consent, except as required by law.
Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
Jack Ryan A.I. LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:
Accuracy or performance of AI systems
Uninterrupted or error-free service
Results or outcomes derived from AI communications
You acknowledge that AI technologies can produce variable outputs and that Jack Ryan A.I. LLC is not liable for business outcomes resulting from their use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jack Ryan A.I. LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or revenue.
Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Jack Ryan A.I. LLC during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jack Ryan A.I. LLC, its officers, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
Your use of the Services
Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
Your breach of these Terms
Either party may terminate the relationship as defined in the client’s Service Agreement.
Jack Ryan A.I. LLC may suspend or terminate access immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform.
Upon termination, all outstanding fees remain payable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Fulton County, Georgia, pursuant to the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Each party waives the right to a jury trial.
Jack Ryan A.I. LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
